Capcom has announced the release date for the next character for Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, Blanka. In his character trailer, he is shown using his iconic moves like the Blanka Ball and Electric Charge and showing off a few new moves too. He has a command grab called Wild Hunt which can create more opportunities for his offense. His V-Skill: Coward Crunch, will immediately make him duck, this works great against projectiles because he can duck under them and follow up with Wild Lift or Raid Jump. V-Trigger 1: Jungle Dynamo powers up Blanka's attacks and changes his animations. Hitting an opponent during his powered state can give him a chance to follow up with another attack. Jungle Dynamo also unlocks Ground Shave Rolling and is a combo extender for Blanka. V-Trigger 2: Lightning Beast unlocks a special move called Rolling Dragon and can extend combos and change the direction of his Rolling attack. Konami announced today on the METAL GEAR OFFICAL twitter that another round of the Metal Gear Survive Beta will be happening on February 16th through 18th on PS4, Xbox One, and Steam. The second beta will include 3 missions across 2 maps featuring daily mission for players to earn rewards. Players who participate in the beta will receive bonus items in the full game. I was able to participate in the 1st wave of the Metal Gear Survive Beta and clocked in about over 20 hours and here are some of my thoughts on it. The gameplay is very similar to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain but with a few added features, for example the ability to craft items to help you battle against hordes of zombies. Yes, zombies in a Metal Gear game. These items could be weapons, barricades, or different gadgets. DC Superhero fighting game Injustice 2, developed by NetherRealm Studios, has revealed gameplay for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in a recent tweet . The turtles were teased about a month ago by creator Ed Boon and then shown in the Fighters Pack 3 trailer, revealing that the turtles will indeed be playable in Injustice 2. Players can pick Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello , or Raphael with each having a unique style of fighting. They will also have the ability to call other turtles as an assist to help them during the fight. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be available during February apart of the Fighters Pack 3 for Injustice 2 Check the video below to see the turtles in action :

ArcSystemWorks announced on twitter that Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long will be joining their new 2D fighter Blazblue Cross Tag Battle at no extra charge. They will be joining along side their teammates, Ruby Rose and Weiss Schnee from the web animated series, RWBY. This game will also feature characters from other fighting games developed by ArcSystemWork such as Blazblue, Persona 4 Arena, and Under Night In-Birth in a 2v2 Tag Team style. The Evolution Champion Series is an annual fighting game tournament and one of the biggest ones of the year. Fighting games featured are Street Fighter, Guilty Gear, Smash Brothers, Tekken, and the list goes on. Many competitors from around the world show up to compete in this event. The line up for EVO2018 was just announced and these are the games that will be played on the main stage. Main Games Featured for EVO2018 are: Tekken  7 Super Smash Bros.
